I am new, just received Deans books and am currently reading them. I am looking through foreclosurealet.com and I absolutely love it. I do have 2 questions, who are you supposed to contact about a pre-foreclosure? What about a foreclosure?

If the owners are still in place, you can contact them directly; if they aren't already working with a RE agent, otherwise contact their agent if he/she has the listing. If the property is already an REO contact the agent who has the listing or have your agent contact the listing agent to get all the details about the property that isn't already known in the MLS listing description. HTH.

Anyone else have a problem with signing up to the site? I mean i can sign up and all but i'm being cautions cause when i go to the sign-up page i notice a little red exclamation point on top of a "key lock" on the bottom right corner.

When i clicked on it, it said " Warning: Contains Unauthenticated Content"

Anyone else get this message? I have Windows Vista red ex point should be right above the computer clock.

them being sympathetic to their situation Do not be judgmental cause you don't know how they got there to that point but offer them WIN-WIN-WIN with your deal. If they're open to saving their credit they will listen, if not, keep an eye on the property.
