Of course I am not looking to get it at your price I just want to get him a good deal.
He is looking to move somewhere nice on the gulf and spend about $200 cash.
He is coming from Venesuala where he use to own property but since government getting bad he wants to get out. Plus he is getting sick and needs to be close to his family (daughters) and closer to sisters and brother inlaws who live in Canada.

You may want to go on the web and search for homes in the Florida area. The wbesite www.realtor.com has a lot of good information. Also, you can look into the local paper of that area. Once you find a good agent to work with you, then they can find a deal for you. They can email you pictures of properties, information, etc. Just make sure you are working with a realtor that has a good reputation and know the market and neighborhood you desire. My girl found 2 and they said they were realtors or at least one did.
I just figured if I can give someone here some business to make some money

I had someone on here helping me through private messages but I told him to forget about it.
My girl .. Just like everyone else I talk to doesn't want to listen when someone tries to help them.
She called an agent once now she is getting calls all the times so I told her go ahead and pay full price for something.
I am tired of trying to help others.
