OfflineHey Fam.... I need to sell my REO props using the "drive by" method, meaning I need to come up with a way to post a sign on or near the property I just "locked up." My agent stated she could not legally do this because I do not have "ownership" of the property, therefore, the property cannot be listed nor can I place a FOR SALE on the property for "potential" buyers who would likely "drive by"....
Can ANYONE offer me a suggestion of how I might go about posting a notice this property is FOR SALE to those who might NEVER read Craigslist or Trulia....
But, will drive by the property and call back to make an appointment for viewing, etc.....

Put signs on the corner and around the neighborhood.
Try Investor's Special, Distressed Property, etc.
# of bedrooms and bath, sq ft, garage, etc. Your number.
You can even put out fliers with pictures, but no address. This way they have to call you, but they can see a little sneak peak of the house.

2) Have you ever posted anything in the Classified Ads on THIS site? That might be a good place to start too.

3) Curious about all the other things you were involved in recently ... I have been a little AWOL recently and I have "lost my place", so to speak in many of the threads. You were on the verge of 100,000 deals if I remember correctly!

Hey Angela, haven't heard from U lately, but I have been doing well, just busy... Yes, I have gone well over 100+ REO offers.... I have locked up several props, but after the GC and I did our walk through I decided to let the props go back... I am looking at another strategy hoping to lock up some more props.... Fortunately, I live in an area where I have access to at least 4 different counties.
At the advice of my RE agent, we will concentrate on a localized area in a surburban community. I will be focusing my attention on "turn-key" props and move away from the "fixers.".... I happen to have a total of 3 RE agents, so I feel very fortunate at this time.....
So, I am working on several REO props as I write this reply... Stay in touch .... Shalom!!

I purchased DG book and finished reading it, and just starting out. I am in the Southern CA area (San Diego). Is there anyone from this area? We can may be work together initially, creating a win-win.
