OfflineAs the baby boom generation nears retirement age, many of them will not be able to pay for their living expenses and will opt to sell their homes and rent while living off the proceeds from the sale of their primary residence. They can be an excellent source of new tenants, but you might have to modify your units to satisfy the unique needs of an older generation.
