I, too, would like to hear about other people's strategies. My market is FLOODED with REO's, so I'm having a hard time finding motivated sellers with equity, or who didn't max out their mortgages and have huge payments, so I can take over their loans with a little cashflow. Right now, I am trying to find a loophole on how to flip REO's without the banks finding out and without being having to do a double close (the banks will only let you use their escrow companies, so it makes it very hard to do a double close.) I can't wait for Dean's new book to arrive. I'm finding that all the other so-called "gurus" are using strategies that are outdated for this market. I can't wait to read about Dean's strategies for this market.
