OfflineHi everyone I have found a good hard money lender but he wants from me a 1-3 page executive summary. I am not sure if that is a business plan or sort of business layout of some sort. Has any one had to do one or know what it is? Thanks, Ed

So when the deal comes he will just want the straight info and the most important detalis about the property. It just seems to be a weird request when it comes to finacing a deal.
