I have a question about a possible deal. The sitution is this. I have a deal that is for 19.5k Fully rehabbed already and has a tenat in place under contract. The person that owns the property is ready to sell. My boss know will give me the cash to purchase this property if I can return his loan very quick. I was wnderig if I could take the loan, purchase the property and refi to pay back the loan to my boss. My credit is ok aroung 650. It has to be a for sure thing for him to lend the money.
