Im new at this and wondering if I could get some help on my first deal so I can go through the coaching. I have such a burning desire to make something of myself. I have been doing electrical work for 16 YEARS and im getting burned out.Im 35 years old and I have never bought a house and Im ready.I need this so bad and I am willing to do what it takes to get this thing going. I live Pilot Mtn NC and I know for a factif i knew what i was doing i could make so much money here. I just need some guidance but i dont have the money right now to go through the training. Im not asking for a hand out at all , I just need one deal to help me go through the training. If someone would give me the shot, I would give you all the money on the first deal you helped me with, i just would need enough to go through the program. Can someone help me on this matter?

The first thing you need to do is fill out your profile completely. Even though you have put a lot of info on this page, the first place we go is to your bio. If it isn't filled out completely, we don't think you are very serious.
You can do deals without going through the coaching. I have not gone through it and I am doing deals. Read Dean's books and follow exactly what he tells you to do. Come on here and read and read. You will learn what to do from the books.
Most of your questions will be answered in the books. If not, come on here and see if that question has been answered already. If not, post it and we will be happy to help.

Can i get some advice
Well ic your point Karen but it is easier said than. I am a commercial electrician.If you wanted to know how to wire your house and you read and read, do you really think you could wire that house just by reading.Idoubt you could , but you could if someone showed you how then and only then would you feel like you knew enough to wire it.Its the same thing. I do see your point though so I will keep reading.Where do i go on the website to do my biography.I will keep reading just as you say. tHANKS for responding?
