I am still working on my buyers list(s). I have deals coming out all over. I want to have a good network of buyers to pitch them to.
I have given myself a deadline of having a deal either in the works or completed by the 15th of this month! I will be leaving to help a friend move to Palm Springs. While in Palm Springs, I hope to meet up with James and Jackie Hill, a couple I met at the Buying Summit last month.
I feel encouraged and still a bit unsure of what I am doing, but that's okay.

Hey Randy-
Great to hear you are doing so well on getting those deals and building your buyers list. You will do great and its wonderful that you are staying connected with folks who are like minded- We participated in the EDGE event last weekend and it was WONDERFUL. We got so many valuable buyer contacts and have been moving things forward at record speed. Keep networking and you will have all the buyers you need. FYI We use Bandit signs a Lot and get about 5 calls a week off of them- they work GREAT. Those along with ghost ads on Craigs list are keeping out buyer pipeline flowing.

we all feel that uncertainty at the beginning, but as you start making offers, and getting deals, it will become easier and easier.
Make sure you read DG's books more than once, and things will start to make sense, and everything will come together.
