Nervous?
Its a bit to late to be nervous now, congratulations ! lol. I would get on the phones and call investors. I would call all the " We buy houses" signs and ads I can find.
If you done this correctly, you should have a buyers list, I would send an email blast to all my buyers.
Id put a video on you tube and facebook with my contact info. If you have a Realtor I would put it on the MLS. I would throw a few bandit signs out within a few blocks of the property saying something like " Handyman Special for sale CHEAP!"
