I know this stuff works. I believe it can and does work for some people. But it's certainly not for everyone. I am not very outgoing and you definitely need to be outgoing or partner with someone who is. It also takes a fair amount of time, to do all that's necessary to close the deal. Lots of research, lots of time on the computer, the phone, and on the road. If you have time for that and you love it then this jobs for you. I love the research part but everything else was a little much for my personality. I spent 100's of hours trying to make deals happen. It's truly not for the faint of heart. So good luck to all you go getters. It can be done if you stick with it and you have the nerve to do it, but it's just not my thing. Good luck to all !

But you are 100% right when you say it is not for everyone. It is hard work. It is frustrating. It's a downright pain in the neck!
But at the same time it is addicting! It is exhilarating! It is rewarding!
