I FOUND WHAT I CONSIDER TO BE A GREAT PROPERTY AND WOULD LIKE TO DO A PURCHASE CONTRACT. i HAVE NEVER DONE ONE BEFORE AND WANT TO MAKE SURE THAT I DO IT CORRECTLY. COULD SOMEONE SET ME ON THE RIGHT TRACK/

I am a novice to real estate investing and would like to make a comment about Dean's 30-sec or less commercial regarding finding buyers using the black letter yellow background handwritten signs placed in front of a 3/1 block house stating that "We Buy Houses". I am assuming that this house is for sale since there is a price attached, but by the same token wouldn't a sign stating "We Sell Houses" attract buyers as well given certain specs??
