Bought one of Dean's books a few weeks ago and am trying to figure it all out. I have the desire,intention and enjoy finding gems in my neighborhood and dreaming of how to fix them up...I just didn't know that I could actually make money doing it- I feel pumped and motivated to get on this train! I've worked in social services for 30 yrs and am ready for a change and MONEY! No offense, it's been gratifying and I don't regret it, but we barely have anything left (seriously!)after bills and paying mortgage. I am truly excited about this new future. Laughing out loud

Iam just getting into real estate and learning all I can, but for now my problem is that my bank/ mortgage holder won't refinance to a FHA streamline loan with a lower rate. Our current interest rate is 5.5%...Forgive my ignorance, but what should I do? Teri
