Third shift worker in a plastics manufacturing company after being laid off from the IT industry where I had been for 22 years. Filed for bankruptcy last year, so my credit is shot. Looking to do a whole lot of Assignment of Contracts and wholesaling until I understand it all. Long term strategy is to create a "monopoly" of residential rental properties.
I am coachable, teachable, and am a hard worker. I just need to know...step by step...what to do.
For those who say they don't have enough time...I read "Be a Real Estate Millionaire" between machine cycles at work. I read the whole book in two 8 hour shifts in 23 second intervals. So, no excuses.
