I have been in corporate life my entire working career, which has been roughly 17 years. I am tired of the "rat race" and making money for others and not myself. I am married with 2 kids. I am wanting to start my investing with assignments and build up some cash and confidence.

I have a rental home i am trying to sell. 3 bed/ 1 bath approx built in 1960s. long term renters @300/ month. acquired this property when my dad passed in june. Help. i do not want to be a landlord!!! also has 18 acres of land avail. If you would like to "birddog" on this one, that would be great!!
