I just read your journal - how encouraging! Congratulations on completing your courses! I see you are in Florence. I am located in the Darlington/Florence area. Do you know if there is a local real estate investment club in the area? The closest I could find online was the Grand Strand REIA in Myrtle Beach and I attended their meeting yesterday. It took me 1 hour and 45 minutes to get there, but all of the members were extremely nice and helpful and answered all of my newbie questions. Most of all, I made the trek because I am committed to doing my first deal, so other deals will follow. Well, I look forward to reading and keeping up with your progress. I know you will succeed!

It's good to know that there are DG students in the pee dee region. I currently do not know of any rei meetings in Florence. I hope to land some good properties this year and next year. Lets keep in touch.

Hi, read ur post to Randy and I have been successful in REI to a degree, just tried some online bus. opps for the first time and they were hype and didn't pan out.
