I am a retired NFL member, (no friends left). I was a tax collector. I retired when I was 47 with 6 rentals. I am now 63 years and quit counting the number of properties I had when I had to take my shoes off LOL. I have continued my investing. I credit my father for my real estate mentoring. I was watching what my father was doing and I said I need to come up there and do what your doing. He said no you do not, you have a lot more opportunity right where you are. This has been my most valuable information. I purchased my first home when I was 20 years old and in college. I have enjoyed mentoring some friends and family members. I reached my personal goal of being debt-free this past year.

Yes, there are two paths you can go by but in the long run there is still time to change the path you are presently on.

While visiting with my air condition person, he told me that he was looking for a home for his son. I arranged for him to buy tax deed from another investor I know and he was able to buy a tax deed home for his son for about 20 cents on the dollar.
