I am middle aged and see no improvement on the horizon financially so i want to do something for myself. I have always enjoyed real estate and have watched it consistently over the years. I know I can be successful in this as I have been in most things in my life. I just seem to lack the hootspa. I tend to research and learn to a point of paralysis. Although I am aware of it I struggle with changing it. I also get caught up in people's negative opinions on the topic. I always add that to my arsenal of analysis paralysis and before you know it another month has gone by. I will do this, I have to do this. Any words of encouragement or advice would be welcome.
