happy 4th of July. For me it's been just another day. I woke up early as usual this morning (5:30) and was eager to drive another neighborhood to discover more FZBO's. I did actually find one and sat on pins and needles for the next 3 hours until an acceptable hour of the day that I could call the number without waking the owner[I thought]; finally 10:00a.m. rolled around so I called the phone number on the sign. I called a few times and no answer. It wasn't until I checked my mail that I realized that today was a holiday~ no mail, and I couldn't reach the owners of the property because they were probably out of town visiting relatives or friends. What a disappointment:( I am feeling very positive about this property. I know that tomorrow is another day and another opportunity but I have been ready to make my first RE deal since finishing Dean's books last month.
