What to do now.
It's the two of us here and Sharon's Mom, she won't be investing. Well we've been thinking about investing in real estate for some time now just didn't know how to go about it. Now that we're both in our late 40's and time on our hands, we figured we'd give it a shot.

It's scary, we're both nervous and anxious but really excited. I would really like to make this work and be set for life!!

We just joined the academy and are ready to go. I'm watching all these videos and reading all the emails and I came across this blog/journal. I think this might be pretty cool to look back on and see where we were and what we were thinking back then.
