Im looking at a few homes, got a few RE agents looking for discounted properties, One house was sold b4 I could see it, looking at a 4plex now, its $139,500 and needs work, so I will offer 70K its been on the MLS for almost 90 days its a Foreclosure. Wer do u live? Im in central Calif. I cud use a partner. I can find the deals. Randy
