Semi retired Bank of America(Albany NY 2005)25 years in mortgage,consumer & business loan experience. Graduate of Marquette U in 1974. Real Estate investing & paper(wall st) became addictive in the 80's. Shortly after retirement I founded the GLP Funding Group, LLC with 3 friends from banking and returned to my hometown to relax with my family,friend. However,the group took off especially with the commercial banking problems & economy, we starting specializing in "cash flow notes" secured by R/E at www.glpfundinggroup.com then in early 2010 I joined the local REIA chapter in Des Moines as a member/vendor. At our annual convention in March I became bit again by the R/E bug & immediately began wholesaling SFR in an around my hometown in Ottumwa IA. My group & staff became so addicted that we built www.glpwholesalesolutions.com and began dealing nationally. At the same time we also began doing private funding with a few private sources for some REIA friends. That has increased 200% and now we sell properties as a way to show the trade we know what they need and are more than qualified to deliver in a friendly,professional fashion. Dean became my mentor very recently however I have cloned Larry Goins business model and between him & Dean, This old "money man" is a rockin'
