I've just checked the mail and the book was there. I am very excited and nervous at the same time.
I have been reading all the emails, watching the blogs and reading just about everything on this site. I have also looked at some properties that I thought might be good investments but don't really know for sure until I read the books and get some help from you folks. OK...I am off to watch the video and start to read the book.
