i am in georgia and I need someone to walk me through this deal. I have a 27-unit mobile home park and i need to sell it to an investor. I would prefer to assign this deal. asking price $699000. I plan to just make enough money on this one to help me buy my first one. I need some menoring. I saw that you have five kids. I have four kids and things come up everyday.
