i recently found a few good deals and not sure how to pursue with no money because the bank wants to see approval from lenders which i dont have as of yet any ideas

I know what your situation is, but if you come across anyone the sells self storage facilities, senior housing,and mobile home parks. Please let me know. I live in Chula Vista, California and have a contact for property selling in Mexico.

i have read all of dean's books and watched all of his cd's and i am still having trouble getting started investing in real estate. Ive been running into walls every time i find a good deal, either with the bank or realtors don't want to talk because you have no money. My credit score is 750 and the banks took all my lines of credeit away and mind you i have never missed a payment in my life. My work has been real slow over the last 2-3 years so my income is way down.Any help would be appriciated.
