Hi Joe. I have been working diligently on getting it all together and I am about to make some mad offers! I'm just a little confused about the assignment agreements. I keep going over that part in the book and not sure about what to do. Do I get an agreement with the seller on one price , then when I assign it have a second contract with the end buyer with my money on top? Or do I do this like the IEE and already have my money priced in and use the investor disclosure Notice. I am ready to do this! Please help and explain the steps for the assignment. I so much appreciate your help!
