July 2012, I purchased my first real estate investment, a tax lien. It was exhilarating! Immediately, I wanted to do it again. So August, I began making offers on multifamily properties. September, I signed a contract on a 5 unit building and closed on deal 2 in October. Deal 3 is a single family home. It will close in November. I'm looking for deal 4.

I'm interested in the Tennessee and Indiana market to buy and hold or fix and flip. Would like to partner up with other DGers in those areas for wholesaling and other investment strategies. Let's connect.
