I've been in real estate for many years in the landlord sector! I'm ready now to start making some REAL money fast instead of waiting 15-30 years! I want to be able to quit my day job and do real estate full time eventually. I'm married to a fantastic man who stands behind me in whatever I want to do. We have 2 children, our son is 27 and our daughter is 16. I love this site and being able to communicate with like-minded people from all over. It's GREAT!

New to the system
I am looking forward to learning new things from Dean and all the members. I'm not new to real estate (I have 3 rentals)but I truly would like to do it full time because there is something about real estate that intrigues me. Like it is in my blood to do. I love it! I went to school for my real estate license but never took my test because I felt I could not do it part-time. I have an excellent job with great benefits so that makes it very hard to walk away from...especially in these times where so many don't have what I have. But real estate keeps drawing me in. I want to learn everything there is to know. Would love to hear from anyone with words of encouragement!
