POSTING DEALS BY STATE

I think that we can make this deal posting thing work a whole lot better by posting deals under that states name and that way anyone looking for deals on here in their own state can go directly to it instead of having to search through the listings and potentially miss out on some great investment opportunities. So I am going to start by posting California and Alabama and Arkansas and maybe a few other. So lets make this thing happen guys.

IF YOU HAVE A STATE TO POST PLEASE USE THIS FORMAT:

(State Name) - INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITIES

Possible first deal, should I even bother

So here’s the deal. I met a new friend through my job. He came in for help with his computer and we somehow ended talking about real estate, so of course I told him my plans. Then he told me about his problem. He has a property in probate and he wants me to help him rent it out. He’s been working with a lawyer for a few years to get it out of probate even though it was left to him in the last owners will. He says he’s been getting the impression that the lawyer either doesn’t know what he’s doing or is wasting time to charge more money.

Just locked up another one

I just locked up another cash flowing property!

First Deal

I just finished reading Dean's book and certainly can't wait to venture in this business. But one thing is that I need to take it one step at time. My first deal is going to be selling my own home. The question I have is would I be better off selling my house myself or list it with a real estate agent. I certainly would prefer doing it myself but really need to know pros and cons and or the right way to go about it. I have also heard that I could also list my house on the MLS listing for a small fee, is this true?
