One of the things Dean has reemphasized for me is the need to not just "Think A Little Different", but to keep a good positive attitude and focus on the opportunities that exist around us.
Our minds can't distinguish between a real and an imagined experience. I love that Dean challenges us to REALLY step out of our comfort zone and create our success. Imagining that success and planning for it is an important first step.
I just wanted to get this out there especially since I read it no less than 10x a day.
The education we receive on this site is invaluable and it has helped my strengthen and re-evaluate my real estate practices. In some ways it has inspired me to become even more aggressive in my dealing because now I feel more educated and more confident in what I speak of.
So if any of you have a a comment on the education you receive here please post it here so that others can see at a glance that this site works.
This is a place for everyone to write down their Real Estate Goals/Dreams. No one will post a response or critique it in any way. It is just a “safe” place to put in writing what your goals are. It doesn’t matter if they seem outlandish or if they seem insignificant. Everyone has to start out with a goal or a dream in order to achieve it. I have what may be an obvious question to someone else, but is puzzling me.
I have heard/read both here and elsewhere that you want to protect your name, credit, assets etc. This makes absolute sense to me in our time of frivolous lawsuits. Let's put aside any discussion for the moment about when it's right to set up LLC's, corp's, land trusts, etc and assume that those things are in place when they "should be".
My question is:
I am trying to find out if anyone knows where I can get a realtor's calculator. The kind that computers everything from purchase price to ammorization. If so please let me know.

Can anybody out there tell me how buy real estate at 10 cents on the dollar. I'm not talking about getting lucky on one or two deals. I am talking about good real estate in good areas consistently being bought at 10 cents on the dollar. Also, don't post things like that isn't possible because I know somebody that does it all the time but, he won't reveal his secrets. Thanks.
