My friend XYZ is selling a pdf book that tell you how to get opinions on property. Is there any contacts available on this site to do this. I don't want to pay Jim $29.95 for his book. And find I can do it without his book with the contact. Thank you for any help in this matter.

finding who the lender is

I heard on the conference call last night about searching a property you are interested in that you may get the name of the lender the seller has a mortgage on the property. HOw do we get that information? Thanks.

Whats the best part about locating a distressed property or one that in unlisted or vacant with no signs up? Locating the owner. I love the intrigue, the discovery the suspense of whether they will hear me out or shut me down. I love the anticipation of what is to come and the expectation of what could be. I love it, what more can I say. Locating the owners, skip tracing as its sometimes called, can b fun, exciting, invigorating and mysterious - after all of the it usually ends up being quite profitable. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

How do I get a home inspection report?

Before purchasing a home I would like to have a free or low cost access to a home inspection report conducted withn the past year. One that would give me information on termite reports,flood damage,plumbing or electrical issues, overall structural integrity. Is there such a report and where do i find it?

Where's Waldo (the Owner)?

I'm looking for a vacant property's owner. The assessor's website gives 2 out of state names/addresses. Researched through directory services for public phone # and was unlisted. I know there are tracer sites to find cell numbers, but that seems like it might come across as a bit invading on their privacy. One address goes to an estate and the other to a person. Any suggestions? Should I just send a letter stating that I'm interested in learning more about the property and to call me? The property has potential.
