Advice on wholesale deal?

I am looking to close my first wholesale deal and running out of time. I need to close in a very short time and had my buyer back out recently. I am willing to negotiate to make the deal close. Does anyone know of anyone who is looking to pick up a property in Indiana or a Hard Money lender that will lend in Indiana. Thanks!
