As you are building your real estate business, you are meeting a lot of new people and gathering business cards etc.
If you are like me..... I've had stacks of business cards on my desk thinking that "I really should organize them somehow". Not sure what all of the options are I ran over to Office Depot and bought a leather business card holder with plastic sheets inside to hold each card. The holder works great and I'd still recommend it. However, I didn't have it everywhere I went and found myself wishing I'd copied some of the numbers into my phone for quicker reference. I am an iphone owner and love my smartphone and all of the apps! I came across an app for business cards and now wonder how I lived without it! I'm sure there are several similar apps that do the same but the one that I found is called "cardmunch" by Linkedin.
I simply take a picture of the business card and the app organizes the information from the business card - ie: phone numbers, websites, addresses etc. I love it! This way I have all of the business card information with at all times for instant access. It has saved me a lot of time and frustration!
You can keep the original business card at your office and always have the information on the go
