The previous lead sheet I was using was driving me up the wall. It didn't flow smoothly and the info was unordered.
I made this one up where a lot of the information can be circled instead of written to speed up your conversation with the seller.
There's also a greyed in area that pertains to tracking your marketing info to make it easier to pinpoint where your best results are coming from. There's a referral area in case you are doing referral bonuses too.
