I do not like putting myself out in front of people, especially ones I don't know. But I need this to work, so here goes. Be nice.
I found Dean's stuff with the launch of Rock Bottom Blueprint. I wish I had found it a few months ago, before I went through all of my savings. He is very motivating.
Since I have no money (Found Dean's book at the library)at this time. Using the information in the book and on here, I am trying to reverse engineer a 30 day plan to get a deal done.
I would appreciate any helpful insights you all can give me along the way.
Here is my short list, for getting started.
1. Build a buyers list.
2. Find a real estate agent to work with.
3. Find prospective houses.
4. Make offers
5. Pray I don't screw up.
Here are the list of questions I have come up with for the different people who will be involved. Please give me your insight on these. I am putting up a website to use as a central point of contact.
