I tell my finders to find me ugly houses and they don't disappoint. This one has no doors, all windows are broke, & the front porch is sagging and leaning, & it has a bad roof and those are the good points.
My finder Bob tells me this house comes with a sad story, but then, a lot of the ones I flip do.
I've had several elderly ladies start crying when they were telling me the story on their vacant boarded up houses.
