According to CNN report...

There are 1 million 8 hundred thousand forclosures currently in the United States.

1 in every 593 homes is in foreclosure.

30% of sales in the U.S. are foreclosures.

The average price of a home in the U.S. is now $200K

The average price of a forclosure in the U.S. is now $171K
