It is critical to have at less 4 realtors with these attributes. I call them my primary agents. How do you find these agents? I first start out with the bigger real estate brokerages in my area of business like Coldwell Banker, Keller Williams, and Remax. I have found that most experience agents end up at these brokerages more than others. Now that I have their number I call the secretary and ask for a realtor who represents real estate investor’s and has 5 years of experience being a real estate agent. Once the secretary has assigned me to a realtor I will ask them the same questions that I asked the secretary to make sure I have the right agent. At this time I introduce myself and let them know I am a real estate investor that is looking for the best help in finding homes and buyers. Once I feel like I have a connection I will ask three more questions. First, if they invest in real estate them self and what type of real estate do they invest in. The third question, I need you to write up 25 to 30 offers per month. If they say yes to these questions then they are a part of my primary agents. If they say no then I ask politely if they know an agent in their office that can help me and answer yes to my questions thank you.
Now to the reason I need a yes on these questions. First, is the 5 years of experience as a realtor? I feel that they are more knowledgeable and willing to learn more about the industry. They also seem to be excited about real estate in general. The reasons I ask about the representing or if they invest in real estate is so I now know that they are familiar and know were the best deals are at. Now to the last question.
