I am new to real estate investing and recently I was invited to a private pre-auction conference. It was given by a man named Ryan,who introduced himself as a partner of Mr. Graziosi. Anyway, there was an opportunity to attend a 3-day workshop that would teach me how to buy properties for pennies on the dollar, short sales, grants, etc. I did not have the $1997 at the time and missed out. Has anyone attended the workshop? Were the teachings worth the expense? Is the same information available here? I really wish I had the money to go, but I am living paycheck-to-paycheck and the money just was not there.
