Is there a contract for a wholesaler to wholesaler

I am helping another fellow wholesaler sell a deal to a cash buyer. He has agreed to split the profit 50/50. I dont know this person well and was wondering if their is a certain contract I should use with this agreement. And if so is their one on this site?
