Hello my name is Moses,i live in the columbus,Oh area i am working on a REO deal now just waiting to hear back from the bank.But my question is i live in Oh and from what i hear and see it's a better market to find and do wholesale deal's in FL and TX.So what am trying to find out , can i find and do wholesale deal's in FL and TX with out being there to see the property,I might like to put under a contract,so i can do reassign of contract's in FL and TX.
