Ok so I've been Thinking of Building A Home in CA , After given it A big Thought I'm Now Thinking about Buying A Foreclosure Or Short-sale for about $100K or $500K & tear it down & rebuild the Home I want , I've Found 1 Property
In Riverside,CA for about $500K The Home is New Built in 2002 Needs Fixing up & TLC & its A Short-sale ,I'm thinking I can Remodel/& Renovate the Home to look like What i want & Make the Garage into A 2 Car Garage I'm thinking Remodeling & Renovation Maybe Cheaper Then Building A Home from Grown up & Less Hassle . The Only think I'll Have to worry about is Paying A Home Contraction Company to Remodel & Renovate the Home

I'm wanting to Ask If I can Buy The land lot its sets on to I'm not sure if Banks allow A buyer to Buy the lot along with the Home But I'm going to Ask if I can Buy the lot as well .

So I'm getting more Smart as I go along Thanks to Bob43 & Matt Larson for telling me Why? would I want to Buy Land When its Hard to Buy Lots & Land & all In CA Thanks you guys .
