Hi my name is Elmore,
The last four months I have been working on foreclosure
home.But not getting anywhere.Most of my deals are 30days before the home owner vacant the property. But I
am running into problems.The home owner are leaving before the deal is finish.I had a problem getting my
buyer's list started. But I have one now. I see a lot of homes going back to the bank as REO property and a
realtor showing the properties. So can I still use the IEE format to lock these homes up on contract. My Understanding when you are dealing with a buyer who needs finaning from a bank you can not sign the contract over to them for a profit. Have anyone worked on a deal like this using the IEE Contract format with buyer's needing finance from a bank. Any help will be
appreciated.
