probate

Just got off the phone with the personal rep for someone that recently passed. Very nice but she is legally blind and is having a tough time with the process because nobody is helping her. She asked me to contact the attorney who took my call a couple of minutes ago. I told him who I was and what we do and how fast we can remedy the potentially long drawn out process from this poor womens life. He said he was interested but because there are so many people that are "involved" in the title to the house that it may take a while to figure it out. I wasn't sure how to respond at that point so I finished with me saying I would drop something in the mail to him detailing what we can do for his client. Any suggestions on how to move quickly on this? Do I just get in the house to get a feel for what type of offer can be made and then have the attorney get everyone to sign off? Any direction would be GREATLY appreciated!
