I just got off the phone with a few title companies. they all said that they are either going back and forth with undisclosure or disclosure info to both seller and buyer. Others say that they have to let each partie know whats going on in the transaction so it wont be any "grey areas". Can a DEAL go good or bad if its disclosure or not. It seems hard to do a double closing. My last post I said that I have been doing doubles, but not me dirctly other party. Thats why I say it should be okay to do them if you dont own the home at that time but you are going to sell it within mintues to the end buyer.
