I have 2 properties in Elmira, New York that I can get. I don't have them wrapped up because I don't have any buyers in the area. The owner needs to unload asap.

2- duplex, 3 bed each side
I believe I can get the pair for $50,000. According to zillow.com the area doesn't bring veyr good value, but these still seem to br good buys.
