My name is Monique and I just want to say Welcome aboard! As I said before the goal in creating this group is to form a creative and successful Real Estate Investment Team. Some one once said two heads are better than one and boy were they right. So lets get started, together we can do anything! This week I would like to go over the importance in organizing your resources. Your computers bookmarks for instance are a great way to stay organized. Be sure to add your top five most important websites to your tool bar so that you don't have to scroll through a list of forgotten sites. This way, your always reminded of the websites that help you the most. Do you have any organization tips to share?

yes, I'm a Newbie
Hello Monique,
I have good credit, but what they call NO credit, as I have no revolving accounts with balances. Ok, Here is what I want to do.. There are approximately 48 houses in my local area. I live in a world famous ski resort town (Hunter, New York) I am looking to get involved with a mentor to help me find investors to buy these houses, and I am very motivated to BirdDog for them. Because I am ultimately looking to gain enough money to buy a first home for myself and my children. Any thoughts about who to contact or where to begin? I am in College P/T so I am available all days... Thank you for your time.
John

Hello, Every one!
Hello, I am new to RE Investing, even though I have been investigating this for many years. I have looked at many forums by the other gurus, and I have decided that Dean is where it is at. --He is the real deal! --Besides there isn't any other RE Site or program where you have your own 'built-in Cheerleader.' I say this with all due respect! -Thank You Dean, I thrive on your much needed encouragement, expertise, and enthusiasm!
I am mostly interested in Contract Assignments for starting out, but I will look at any opportunities that may come my way. I would really like a Mentor, to help me especially in the beginning. I do have a case of 'Form-a-phobia.' Getting and Utilizing the proper forms, probably scares me the most.
Also Finances. I guess I might have 'Finance-a-phobia' also. Recently I had the opportunity to help a disabled couple fix there house so they may benefit from this. So I organized a Grass Roots Volunteer Group through my church, solicited Volunteers and Supplies and fixed up and painted their house. Now I do have leadership and coordinating abilities, I just have to learn to use them so that I can benefit financially. Financial benefits from my future efforts are greatly anticipated. I am looking for a mentor to help with growing our business success together! Please contact me if interested.
