Im 21 years of age, friendly, outgoing, love to play sports (Hockey) i know what your probably thinking, (Typical Canadian) lol. Other than that, im very much into a healthy life style, as much as i love spoiling myself with food, Im starting to watch out what I eating these days(I've been told it catches up to you pretty quickly). So enough about moi, I recently started a business in Real Estate Investing, and I still haven't completed my first transaction yet. It seems the more research I do the deeper the whole im digging for myself.

**To keep in mind, I reside in CANADA, there are some differences with the US when it comes to Real Estate Investing.

Any help or tips that i can use i'd truly appreciate it.
