i am a retired truck driver, 64 yrs young. my wife is still working. i was born and raised in san diego ca. i thought that if i could get into the real estate market we,my wife and i, would be able to travel. but looking at what all is involed i had hoped that buying this program would help. i just receved the book last wk but have had no time untill now to get into it.
