HELLO DEAN-- MY SITUATION IS THIS--I HAVE BAD CREDIT-I HAVE ABSOLUTLEY NO MONEY TO INVEST-I JUST WANT TO GET STARTED---

I don't have bad credit but I am new to the USA and have basically no credit here. I am currently working on that issue!
I have no money to invest either but this is the story of at least half the students on this site!
I have only just started reading the book 'Be A Real Estate Millionaire' and will be on a steep learning curve along with many others, like yourself, for a while. We can still do this without money to invest and despite our credit rating.
